Installation of customer’s own air-to-air heat pump — 600 €
Have you already purchased an air-to-air heat pump online or elsewhere? We professionally install customer supplied units in Lahti, Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and throughout Uusimaa.
The basic installation price is 600 €. The price applies to a standard residential installation where the installation location is ready and the unit is suitable for the property. The price does not include the unit itself.
What is included in the 600 € basic installation?
Indoor unit installation
Mounting the indoor unit in the agreed location, up to 2.5 m height.
Outdoor unit installation
Mounting the outdoor unit on wall brackets or a customer supplied ground stand.
Refrigerant pipes and cabling
Pipes, insulation and cabling up to 4 m.
Decorative trunking
Neat surface trunking for pipes and cables in a standard installation.
One wall penetration
One penetration through a timber wall and sealing.
Vacuuming
Proper vacuuming of the refrigerant pipework before commissioning.
Leak test and test run
Connection check, startup and operation testing.
User guidance
Short guidance on basic use and maintenance.
Site cleanup
Cleaning of small installation waste from the work area.
Not included in the basic installation
Electrical work
New socket, power supply or electrical panel work is not included.
Diamond drilling
Brick, concrete, natural stone or special wall penetrations are charged separately.
Extra pipework over 4 m
Pipework, cables and trunking over 4 m are charged as additional work.
Old unit removal
Removal of an old air-to-air heat pump +100 €.
Lifts and scaffolding
Special heights, lifts and scaffolding are agreed and charged separately.
Housing company permission
In apartment and row houses, the customer is responsible for required permissions.
Before ordering
The customer must ensure that the unit is new, undamaged, suitable for installation and that all required indoor and outdoor units, remote control and supplied parts are available on site. If installation cannot be completed due to missing information, missing permissions or insufficient preparation, the visit may be charged as a normal visit.
