Returns and Cancellation Policy
Consumers usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales from the date the product is received, in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation.
Delivery Included in the Price
The prices shown on this website include delivery of the device from the supplier or manufacturer to the customer’s installation site.
If the customer cancels the order after the delivery of the device has already been ordered, started or completed, reasonable delivery and handling costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund. The standard delivery and handling cost is 200 €.
Condition of Returned Products
The returned product must be new, unused and in its original condition. Exchanges are not available. If the customer wants to change the product, the original order is handled according to this return policy and a new order is placed separately.
Return Method and Costs
The customer is responsible for arranging the return. We do not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or the case is handled as a statutory complaint.
Installation and Work Already Started
If the customer has requested that delivery, installation or installation preparation starts before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, the customer may be required to pay reasonable compensation for work already carried out and costs already incurred.
Returns of installed devices are assessed case by case, because the product may already be mounted, connected, commissioned or otherwise adapted to the customer’s site.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been returned.
Defects and Warranty
Statutory liability for defects, product warranty, installation warranty and complaints are handled separately in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation and the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
