The 1PRO leak and moisture alarm is a simple, easy and inexpensive way to prevent incipient moisture damage and water damage, which often occur insidiously without being noticed until it is too late. The easy-to-use leak alarm consists of a sensor that can be installed in a place at risk of leakage and a central unit that can be placed on the wall, which sounds an alarm about moisture and the resulting water leak. In practice, the humidity alarm therefore works on the same operating principle as, for example, a fire alarm. Installing the 1PRO leak and moisture alarm is easy and takes only a few minutes.

In the development of the 1PRO leak and moisture alarm, all the different needs that private individuals have in single-family houses, townhouses, apartment buildings and summer cottages have been taken into account. In addition to this, the leak alarm is designed to take into account the needs of companies and commercial buildings as well. Therefore, the 1PRO leak alarm is suitable for "do-it-yourself" installation with the local alarm of your own Piezo siren, but the same device can also be connected to the property's burglar alarm, alarm transmission equipment or technical house monitoring equipment. If desired, the 1PRO leak and moisture alarm can also be connected to a GSM extension alarm, which gives an alarm notification to the desired persons, the maintenance company or the property manager whenever the leak alarm detects moisture. In this way, the moisture alarm detects a leak at an early stage, and incipient water damage can be prevented before it even properly occurs.
